Yes, Elisabetta, it is inspiring, proactive and the essence of leadership. You can’t just sit around and whine, nor sit around and just hope. Either way you’re sitting around doing nothing as the world keeps turning and we have to keep turning with it.
Just for fun, I would add to the quote a fourth dimension: “An Existentialists will probably doubt whether the sail ever existed in the first place”. 😉
