Love this. It’s one of the main principles I teach to Managers on Time Management Training. Feeling that it’s quicker and easier to do something yourself is one of the blockages to delegation that Managers always identify. I recommend they read One Minute Manager. If they don’t develop their staff to work for them they’ll never have enough time. They’ll also fail to motivate and retain staff and will ultimately cost the business.
Spot on guidelines, easy and to the point. Replace an old cobblestoned road with a Super Highway for your associates to drive themselves and the Organization to new frontiers…fast and efficiently. 🙂
