Business Blogs are definitely a great means of communication. It is however a pity to come into many blogs which are often triggered by individuals and ultimatey have become places of vulgar and almost violent outbursts.
It is not always clear who runs commercial blogs. Critical commnts towards the operator are often deleted.
I have experienced this myself when I posted a complaint on the shortcomings of the engine of my SAAB car. I was curious to see if other people had the same problems I had.
After an initial response of someone who disliked my post, my further comments were no longer published.
