   Yes, brilliant, even if obvious.

   Make your product [whatever] first;
   Make it known; advertise it for all it’s worth;
   Make it accessible, on every street corner;
   Make it work; support it, never abandon it;
   Make it stick over time;
   Make more of the same and better.
   Repeat as necessary…

   Only then can you say that a reputation is born.

   Btw: Give more colour options than just “black”. 😉
